RealTrends Names RLAH Real Estate on 2021 Game Changers List of Top Growth Brokerage Firms

Chevy Chase, MD (June 15th, 2021) - RealTrends, the trusted source in residential real estate, released today its third annual RealTrends Game Changers List of industry brokerage leaders. RLAH Real Estate, a locally owned and operated brokerage in the DMV, along with CEO Jason Sherman, were placed on the list for the first time, qualifying in 8th place out of only 14 brokerages named across the nation.

This year, RealTrends targeted the top growth brokerage firms and chose the leaders from both national networks and independents. The brokerages were chosen based on transaction side percentage growth between 2016-2020. RLAH’ Real Estate’s growth percentage rate was +172% over the course of those four years.  

It’s an incredible feat to be named to this list, especially as a small, locally-owned brokerage, amongst other nationally operated brokerages. RLAH's continued persistence and growth-mindset has made them a welcomed staple in one of the nation's most competitive real estate markets.
