Financial Assistant

We are looking to recruit a Financial Assistant to gather and collect financial data and information, verify whether it has been accurately entered into our internal systems, then process and disburse commission based payments. The Financial Assistant will enter, prepare, and issue invoices, work orders, and surcharges as pertaining to clients and vendors alike. To ensure success, the Financial Assistant needs to be focused and stay up to date with work duties. Top applicants have proficient time-management skills, can multitask with interruptions, and work easily in team environments, as well as, independently.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate payments to 400+ clients
  • Prepare daily, monthly, quarterly reports and statements
  • Work closely with EVP of Finance to ensure accuracy of all accounts
  • Facilitate and collect charges on behalf of 400+ clients 
  • Support Finance and Compliance Department

Requirements:

  • College Degree: Finance, Business, or Real Estate
  • Quickbooks, Lone Wolf, or other reporting experience
  • Proficient with GSuite
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent organizational skills

Graphic Designer

The ideal candidate must be self-motivated, collaborative, and possess the ability to create original work that brings strategy to life as well as work within our templates. To be considered for this position, qualified applicants must submit work from their portfolio along with their resume. The ideal submission includes print and digital work.

Responsibilities:

  • Creating designs, concepts and layouts for the teamā€™s printed and online marketing materials with a clean and modern aesthetic that communicates brand values
  • Ordering marketing materials from different vendors as necessary
  • Working with and providing excellent customer service to the clients
  • Manage workflow from beginning stages to the end (including follow ups)
  • Collaborating with our team of designers, website specialists and social media experts
  • Ability to work quickly to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple projects at once

Requirements:

  • Proven graphic design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating excellent typography, layout, and creativity
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Illustrator, photoshop, and InDesign
  • Outstanding organizational and planning skills, and exceptionally detail-oriented
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills; proven ability to be flexible in a team-oriented environment with diverse groups of people
  • Able to work independently, accept feedback, and reprioritize workload
  • 2 years of graphic design or graphic arts experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Desired:

  • Basic video editing and/or animation skills (After Effects or Premiere Pro 2020)
  • BA/BS in graphic arts or graphic design preferred, not required

The ideal candidate will be able to develop (or assist in upgrading to) modern websites, primarily in Wordpress or Squarespace, and is able to take direction that ranges from vague to highly specific (depending on the client). To be considered for this position, qualified applicants must submit work from their portfolio along with their resume. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, time management skills, and high standards of professionalism.

Responsibilities:

  • Creating concepts and layouts for the teamā€™s printed and online marketing materials
  • Participate in strategy sessions with clients to help articulate requirements, preferences, and expectations
  • Creation and maintenance of websites (Placester, SquareSpace, WordPress)
  • Working with and providing excellent customer service to the clients
  • Manage workflow from beginning stages to the end (including follow ups)
  • Optimize pages so that they are responsive on all browsers and devices
  • Troubleshoot and resolve reported website issues from the team or clients
  • Working with a team of designers, website specialists and social media experts
  • Ability to work quickly to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple projects at once
  • Must be able to work with minimal oversight from leadership
  • Proactively create and conceptualize ideas for agents and brokerage
  • Ordering marketing materials from different vendors as necessary
